Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK King’s Daughters as the employer of record for Riverspan, seeks PACU nurses to provide care for patients recovering from anesthesia across diverse facilities. You will monitor vitals, assess consciousness, and identify anesthesia-related complications while supporting a flexible, nationwide travel schedule.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in PACU or related areas and an active license in at least one state.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in PACU/nursing or equivalent
• Active nursing license in one of the 50 US states
• Additional facility/unit specific requirements may apply
• Enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
