Job summary

Ingenovis Health partners with UK King's Daughters to provide flexible PACU travel nursing opportunities across the United States. Nurses will be integrated with the Kings Daughters staff for scheduling and management while Ingenovis handles onboarding, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements include 1-2 years of recent PACU experience, an active nursing license in the US, and willingness to meet additional facility-specific certifications. A spirit of enthusiasm and adventure is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Monitor post-anesthesia vital signs and levels of consciousness in PACU patients.
• Observe patients for anesthesia-related side effects and complications.
• Provide timely interventions and communicate with the surgical team as needed.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements
