Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• AHA ACLS required within 6 months.
• Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
• 2+ years of inpatient PACU, critical care, progressive care or ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide professional care.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family input.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
• Collaborate with Nurse Leader and care teams to discharge patients.
