Javon Bea Hospital - Riverside in Rockford, IL is seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse for the Recovery Room (PACU). You will provide patient-centered perioperative care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient recovery.

Responsibilities include applying nursing process, administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting care, and educating patients and families. CPR/BLS within 90 days is required; ACLS/PALS may be requested for select units.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience required.
• Licensed RN in state of practice (Illinois).
• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team in caring for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies and standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Documents care according to standards of care.
