Job summary

Incredible Health in North Bergen, NJ is hiring a PACU RN to provide immediate post‑operative care, monitor vitals, and manage anesthesia–related symptoms as patients move from the operating room to PACU and discharge.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license without encumbrances.
• 1 year PACU/ICU or high-acuity experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and implement treatment plans as directed.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams for safe patient transitions.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and wound care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies.
