Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Connecticut. The RN will provide patient-centered care under the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act, applying ANA standards and the YNHHS Professional Practice Model.

Responsibilities include establishing therapeutic relationships, coordinating care with the health care team, and contributing to quality outcomes. BSN preferred; CT licensure required; BCLS certification within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
• Licensed and a currently registered nurse in Connecticut; certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Practice to deliver nursing care.
• Coordinate care, communicate with patient and healthcare team, and ensure quality outcomes.
