Job summary

Yale New Haven Health (YNHHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered nursing team in Connecticut. The RN applies professional nursing practice within the CT Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards, providing high-quality care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, Connecticut RN license, and BCLS certification, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Connecticut license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN is preferred but not required for all roles.
• BCLS certification required or obtained within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care within the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards for Nursing Practice and YNHHS Professional Practice Model.
