Job summary

• STANDARDS OF PRACTICE RN practice is guided by the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. The RN uses the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE The RN engages in leadership, ethics, communication, collaboration, and professional development in daily practice.
