Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred and current CT RN licensure.
• BCLS certification required or obtained within one month of hire.
• Experience through SPIRE clinical advancement program encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per ANA standards and professional practice models.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
