Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• One year full-time acute care or three years part-time experience; PACU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in PACU per facility policies.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Recognize stroke signs, perform NIHSS, and manage stroke alert in PACU.
• Maintain stroke knowledge with annual online training.
