Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking an experienced RN for the Preoperative and Post Anesthesia care units (PACU) in Los Angeles. You will monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia, record vital signs, identify adverse reactions, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure safe, efficient care.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN or higher, possess an active California RN license, and have minimum 3 years of acute PACU or SICU experience in a high-acuity hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN or higher preferred.
• Current California RN license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patients' vital signs in PACU.
• Respond to anesthesia-related side effects and emergencies.
• Provide safe, patient-centered post-anesthesia care.
• Document care and coordinate with surgical team.
