Temple-Health's Women and Families Campus seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the PACU. This full-time daytime role oversees clinical and administrative activities, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient staffing.

You will guide nursing staff, manage schedules, and support professional development within the unit. The position reports to the Nurse Manager and requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to standards of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school is required.
• National certification in nursing or healthcare related specialty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and evaluate clinical and administrative activities of the PACU.
• In the Nurse Manager's absence, assume responsibility for staff oversight and patient care on the unit.
• Supervise, evaluate, guide and counsel nursing staff to improve performance.
• Ensure staffing patterns provide optimal delivery of nursing services.
• Support staff education and maintain knowledge of nursing policies and regulations.
