Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• At least 2 years of experience in the operating room or day surgery setting.
• ACLS and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the PACU and oversee staffing, productivity, performance, and daily operations.
• Act as working manager with direct involvement in department operations and staff development.
• Drive process improvement, staff engagement, and quality initiatives.
