Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician.
• Collaborate with patient, family members, and the health care team to tailor individualized care plans.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care according to nursing standards and departmental policies.
• Pursue professional education or specialty certifications as required by the unit.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
