Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers care per state/local laws and standards.
• Develops and revises an individualized care plan.
• Coordinates with health care team and families.
• Contact outpatients by phone postoperatively to assess status.
• Assess and manage pain using appropriate techniques.
• Educate patient and family on pain management.
• Document and communicate all necessary information.
• Monitor and report changes to anesthesiologist and surgeon.
