Stanford Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) in Palo Alto, CA. This is a 0.9 FTE, full-time rotating 12-hour shift in the PACU within Surgical Services.

The role is onsite and focused on high-quality patient care, family teaching, and coordination in line with California nursing practice and CRONA representation. Required qualifications include a BSN preferred, CA RN license, BLS (ACLS as required by cost center), and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• BSN from an accredited program preferred.
• English communication proficiency.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• CA RN license or eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and family to manage care and prevent complications.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in all nursing activities.
• Lead and mentor other staff as needed.
