Responsabilités

• Assess patients and interpret data to identify needs.
• Coordinate care with other providers and family members.
• Implement and adjust care plans based on patient response.
• Teach self-care and illness prevention to patients and families.
• Educate and mentor other staff as needed (preceptor or super-user).
• Recognize emergencies and activate appropriate protocols.
• Promote patient and staff safety and quality of care.
