Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to join the PACT program in Western Massachusetts. The role supports individuals living in a 24/7 residential setting, helping them reach goals and reduce hospitalizations.

You will monitor health, assist with daily living, provide medication support, and deliver crisis intervention with empowerment and dignity. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle available for working hours required.
• 3 months of experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor individuals’ health and well-being, assisting with daily living skills and encouraging independence.
• Provide medication support and document services provided.
• Initiate and support quality of life through empowerment, respect, and dignity.
• Deliver crisis intervention and emergency support as needed.
• Plan and facilitate opportunities for community activities and social engagement.
• Help individuals build and maintain social support networks and relationships.
• Maintain updated credentials through trainings, meetings, and certifications.
