Program for Assertive CommunityTreatment (PACT) is an evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment programdesigned to assist youth overcome the barriers to their recovery from severeand persistent behavioral health disorders.
This position will provide nursing assessment,evaluation, monitoring, treatment planning and coordination of care and willprovide treatment, rehabilitation and support services with the purpose ofenhancing the emotional well-being, stability and social functioning of programconsumers.
Starting Salary: $51,000-$70,000/year
