• Assist RN/Provider in prioritizing Veteran care needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Administer prescribed medications/treatments per policy and document responses.
• Recognize subtle changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Participate in prioritizing and modifying patient care plans as needed.
