Job summary

Eisenhower Medical Center is seeking a skilled RIS/PACS specialist to plan and upgrade Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, Radiology Information Systems, and Cardiology workflows. You will work with clinicians to optimize imaging workflows, reduce errors, and ensure reliable system performance.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of RIS/PACS, with experience in implementing new systems, troubleshooting, and providing end-user training.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or healthcare field or 4 additional years of related experience
• Preferred: Master's degree in IT or healthcare field

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement RIS/PACS/CPACS upgrades and maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiology and cardiology to optimize workflows and incident resolution.
• Lead integration of modalities and image routing via DICOM and related interfaces.
• Provide training and documentation for end users and staff.
• Mentor junior team members and manage confluence documentation.
