Job description

As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Health's Radiology and PACS applications. Your responsibilities will include vendor management, software upgrades, software installations, server maintenance, and technical support. You will perform troubleshooting investigations by reviewing front-end applications, gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. Additionally, you will troubleshoot via backend methods by capturing log files and updating/cycling servers. Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, documentation of notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle are essential parts of this role.
