Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college equivalent, or six months to one year related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, safety conscious and detail oriented.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and guide the team to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of Retail products.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of all departmental processing equipment.
• Verify HACCP and GMP guidelines are followed and product integrity is maintained.
• Direct multiple staff to handle varying production flows within Pack Out.
• Maintain safety programs and create a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure successful processing.
