Job summary

Blount Fine Foods, a family-owned food manufacturer, is hiring for a full-time second shift position (2PM-10:30PM, Mon-Fri with possible weekends). The role involves handling, labeling and packaging of finished products and ensuring GMP and Food Safety compliance.

A shift premium of $1 may apply for the second shift. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work second shift 2PM-10:30PM.

Responsibilities

• Handling, labeling and packaging of finished product.
• Must adhere to GMPs and SOPs and all Food Safety policies.
• Must follow Allergen control programs and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly.
• Report suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
• If monitoring CCPs, be trained in HACCP and HACCP plans.
