Job summary

Nexus Staffing Specialists is seeking a Packout Lead to lead the Pack Out Department in our Fall River, MA location. This role involves guiding and training a team to ensure efficient packaging of products while maintaining compliance with HACCP guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pack Out Department for accurate processing of products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and internal guidelines.
• Direct and train multiple staff in the department.
