Cloverdale Foods Company in Mandan, ND is seeking a Packing Assistant to contribute to the crafting of meat snacks from start to finish. You will follow instructions, participate in labeling, weighing, stacking, loading and palletizing, and perform tasks that support efficient production.

In this fast-paced, physically demanding role you will read and follow work orders, pack cases, maintain logs and GMP/Safety standards, and work across several stations as production needs shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food processing, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies or processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to daily work instructions to ensure efficient production.
• Pack products into cases following quantities and packaging standards.
• Read, interpret, and maintain Packaging Log Sheets.
• Maintain Metal Detector charts and Log Sheets for safety and quality.
• Support collaboration and maintain a safe, compliant production environment.
