Western Smokehouse Partners, LLC is seeking multiple full-time Packaging Team Members. The role supports the packaging line, preparing, feeding, and inspecting Ready-to-Eat meat products to meet quality and USDA standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in manufacturing or food production, be able to follow English instructions, and work well in a fast-paced, team environment. Work is in a refrigerated facility with physical duties and PPE required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic labeling and scanning equipment familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 60 lbs; work in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging line, load product, monitor machine.
• Label and palletize finished product per specs.
• Ensure accuracy of lot and best-by information.
• Perform quality checks and document using Vista Trac.
• Maintain clean and sanitized equipment and work area.
• Comply with GMP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA safety requirements.
