Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking Packing Technicians to join the Titanium Technologies team at DeLisle, MS. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment to collect and package dry pigment, and conveying material for end-of-line pickup.

Applicants should be able to perform basic maintenance, follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior maintenance experience is a plus for the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to wear PPE including respiratory protection.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment used to collect and package dry pigment.
• Convey material for end-of-line pickup and ensure safety standards.
• Perform minor maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Complete operator rounds and housekeeping; support continuous area improvements.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and climb stairs as needed.
