Job summary

ThermoSafe is seeking a Production Associate in Conyers, GA, to pack products quickly, safely, and accurately on multiple shifts. You will work under the Production Shift Supervisor, ensuring high attendance, quality, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, lift, stand for extended periods, and collaborate across departments to meet production targets. Overtime may be required as part of the shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams and other departments.
• Maintain 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and adapt to changing situations.
• Monitor and report on quality of manufactured products.
• Move products to pack-out locations and maintain a clean work area.
• Support quality and safety policies and procedures.
