Serioplast, a global leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Packing Operator for our plants in St. Louis, Missouri.

What will you do?

1. Pack finished goods using appropriate materials (e.g., boxes, trays, bags), and stack, load, and label pallets for warehouse storage.
2. Supply raw and packaging materials to the line using manual and/or electric forklifts.
3. Feed hoppers and loaders with raw materials or bottles for filling lines.
4. Conduct product controls (visual inspection, weight verification, etc.) using measuring instruments, following the product control plan, and record outcomes.
5. Assist in sorting damaged or defective products.
6. Participate in team activities aimed at reducing waste, and improving productivity and quality.
7. Maintain cleanliness and order in all assigned areas, adhering to workplace hygiene and safety standards.
