Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or logistics with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and warehouse ops.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, barcode systems, and shipping software.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop packing, picking, and support teams to meet goals.
• Manage daily staffing, labor allocation, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped within SLAs.
• Monitor workflow priorities and address bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with controls, cycle counts, and corrections.
• Oversee packing standards, labeling accuracy, and QC processes.
• Utilize WMS, RF scanners, and inventory tools for accuracy.
• Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement for productivity.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards across operations.
• Coordinate with shipping partners and internal teams for timely shipments.
• Supervise daily activities of pickers and packers; set expectations.
• Train new employees on systems, safety, and procedures; coach as needed.
• Monitor KPIs like order accuracy, productivity, and labor performance.
