Job description

Shift: Swing Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)

What You’ll Do

Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain packing machinery in a food production environment

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders

Diagnose equipment issues by observing and listening to machines in operation

Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs as needed

Communicate equipment status and issues clearly across shifts and teams

Support the packing team during smooth machine operation

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery (preferred)

Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills

Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently and within a fast-paced team environment

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs)

Ability to speak, read, and write English; Spanish language skills are a plus
