Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas in Baytown, TX is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on main production lines and electrical panels. You will troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate components, while updating Work Orders in MPulse and ensuring safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates have CMMS familiarity, high school diploma or GED, and experience with I&E tools, high voltage, and team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CMMS knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, energy isolation, lockout procedures, and line breaking.
• Ability to work with high voltage and energized lines; mechanical maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production lines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on equipment issues.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, gearmotors, pneumatics, valves, and automation components.
• Open, update and close Work Orders in CMMS (MPulse).
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adherence to safety standards.
