Job&Talent is recruiting a Packing Associate in Rialto to join a leading distribution center. You will accurately pick merchandise using RF scanners, verify details, and move items to staging areas while adhering to safety and productivity standards.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM).

Formación

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to walk, stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors

The Warehouse Packing Associate is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise to fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role emphasizes speed, precision, and strict adherence to productivity and safety standards.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 19.80 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Packing Associate

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
