Job summary

Job&Talent US in Rialto, California is hiring a Production Associate for a high-volume distribution center. You will pick merchandise using RF scanners, verify descriptions and quantities, and move items to staging areas.

The role requires stamina to walk 10–12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts. 1st shift runs Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Must be able to stand/walk 10–12 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Salary: USD18 - USD18 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining the speed and accuracy of our high-volume operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.

Shift Patterns:

• 1st Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rates:

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Associate:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
