Humana is seeking a Packing & Shipping Clerk 1 for an onsite role in West Chester Township, OH. You will handle the receipt, packing and shipment of materials, with paid shift differentials and a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities include verifying items, recording transactions, and maintaining accuracy under supervision. Preferred candidates have a HS diploma and prior packing/shipping experience.

The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support duties and computational tasks.

Location: This is an onsite role. 9843 Windisch Rd. West Chester Township, OH 45069

Shift: Sunday through Thursday 5:30pm - 2:00am

Pay: Includes stacked shift differentials:

+12% (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

+15% (12:01 AM - 2:00 AM)

+5% additional on weekends

The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1:

Is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products.

Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.

Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.

Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.

Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing. The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1 works under close supervision within established policies, practices, and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
