Boston Centerless LLC in Woburn, MA is seeking a dedicated Packer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves constructing boxes, preparing materials, and packing shipments to ensure safe delivery to customers from our Woburn facility.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 3-5 years in packing/shipping, can read orders, measure with a carpenter's rule, and lift up to 50 pounds, working well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3-5 years in a packing and shipping role.
• Basic woodworking skills with the ability to measure length using carpenter's rule.
• Must be able to push, lift, pull up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity for reading orders, machine dial gauges and precision measuring.
• Proactive problem solver who can work independently.

Responsabilités

• Packaging shipments using care to ensure appropriate containers, protective inserts/padding, etc.
• Assembling wooden containers using circular, chop and table saws as required
• Complete required paperwork and administrative tasks
• Ensure safety measures and protocols are followed and contribute to a Continuous Improvement mindset
• And most importantly, enjoys coming to work, being part of a team, and getting “stuff” done
