Job summary

Rippling, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Packer for our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will efficiently package products for shipment, following strict quality and safety standards, with attention to detail and a proactive safety mindset.

The role runs 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and pays $18.00 per hour. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, and familiarity with GMP/OSHA guidelines is a plus. This is a hands-on position focused on precision and reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring products are packed according to manufacturing procedures and quality standards
• Interpret production documents and work instructions accurately to assemble, package, and label products correctly
• Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting when necessary, while adhering to safety protocols in accordance with GMP and OSHA standards
• Use hand tools and industrial equipment troubleshooting skills to resolve minor mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Perform routine inspections of packaging lines and materials handling equipment, including forklifts and other material transport tools, maintaining a safe work environment
• Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, and safety standards in production
• Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including production documentation interpretation and shift reports

Job description

We are seeking a highly efficient, motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing team. This is a fast-paced role in which you are expected to move quickly to get through as many packs a day as possible, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by accurately packaging items according to strict quality and safety standards. Your energetic approach will ensure that packaging processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations. Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM M-F

Experience

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with packaging processes, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and materials handling is advantageous
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities during packing operations
• Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and safety protocol adherence within a manufacturing setting is desirable
• Mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting skills related to industrial equipment will support success in this role
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining focus on safety standards in production
