Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Packer-Palletizer in Milwaukee, WI to join the Production team. You will pack units safely, follow SOPs, and help ensure on-time shipping by prioritizing tasks across multiple lines. The role requires standing all day and basic computer experience (SAP preferred).

The pay range is $18.50 per hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and full benefits eligibility after a successful probation period. A clean, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience, preferably with SAP.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a high-quality, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to stand all day and pack units across multiple production lines, including assembling large cardboard cartons for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Proactively satisfy internal and external customer demand by packing units accurately and efficiently.
• Package units safely according to standard operating procedures and customer specifications.
• Prioritize packaging jobs across multiple production lines to support on-time shipping.
• Keypunch transactions and print accurate documentation and packing labels.
• Maintain an organized packing area, keeping materials, tools, and equipment in their designated locations.
