Job summary

Phillips Manufacturing seeks a Packer at our Orange, CA facility to ensure proper packing and labeling of finished products. The role supports production continuity, requires reading work orders, measuring specifications, and reporting production data.

You will work the 1st shift, with overtime as needed, and must lift up to 55 lbs while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the line. This full-time position reports to the Paperbead Supervisor and is based at Clinch-On location in Orange.

PACKER - ORANGE, CA

As a Packer with Clinch-On, you will be responsible for packing product and maintaining continuity of operations at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.

This full-time position reports directly to the Paperbead Supervisor and is located at our Clinch-On location in Orange, CA manufacturing facility.

Shift(s):

1st - Monday - Thursday, 4:00am - 2:00pm & occasional Friday and Saturday (overtime, as required)

Essential Function:

• Quality: Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
• Comprehension: Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine appropriate work to be completed.
• Reporting: Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
• Packaging: Place finished product with correct labeling on skids according to production requirement
• Agility: Fast-Paced Environment. Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time. Repetitive Movement.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs continuously throughout shift.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of rolling mill equipment, it’s components and surrounding area.
• Reliability: Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.
• Safety: Abide by all Safety Protocol and wear proper safety attire at all times.
