Job summary

Phillips Manufacturing seeks a Packer at our Orange, CA facility to ensure proper packing and labeling of finished products. The role supports production continuity, requires reading work orders, measuring specifications, and reporting production data.

You will work the 1st shift, with overtime as needed, and must lift up to 55 lbs while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the line. This full-time position reports to the Paperbead Supervisor and is based at Clinch-On location in Orange.

Qualifications

• Take and read measurements to meet product specifications.
• Read work orders or follow oral instructions for tasks.
• Prepare legible, accurate production reports.
• Lift up to 55 lbs (25 kg) continuously during shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear proper safety attire.
