Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or high paced environment.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a Dupont schedule.
• Experience with make-ready processes and troubleshooting machine setups.
• Comfort using a computer, tablet, or smart device.

Responsibilities

• Operate the production line with minimal supervision while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality.
• Package/handle materials to customer specifications.
• Perform makeready/changeover tasks according to production schedules.
• Seek continuous improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
