Are you detail-oriented and hands-on? Join a growing team where your attention to quality and pride in your work make a real impact. We're currently seeking a Production Packager to support packaging and inspection processes for high-quality manufactured parts.

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Shift: Monday - Friday

Starting Pay rate: $18.00/hr (does have some flexibility depending on experience)

What You'll Do:

Carefully inspect all parts for appearance and defects before packaging
Use hand tools (files, chisels, etc.) to remove excess material from parts
Wrap components using designated materials to prepare for shipment
Follow written work instructions and procedures accurately
Place finished parts into containers for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Report safety issues or damaged tools to your supervisor promptly
Assist with additional production or packaging tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Previous manufacturing or packaging experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Comfortable standing, bending, or moving throughout your shift
Use of hands for handling tools and materials
