D&W Fine Pack is hiring a Production Packer to support our 1st and 2nd shift operations in Illinois. The role involves loading materials into packaging machines, sorting and packing products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you will be part of a team dedicated to safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions, maintain a clean workspace, and work with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into machines and pack products.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Pack products to required counts and operate punch press as needed.
• No experience required; training provided.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Production Packer . In this function you will perform various production related tasks such as loading materials into machines, sorting, checking, and packaging products.

1st and 2nd SHIFT

• Performs various production related tasks such as loading materials into machines and packing a wide variety of products
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Maintains his or her work area in neat condition
• Packing product to a specific count; operate single/multi automatic punch press, and clear machine jams
• No experience is necessary, and training will be provided.
• Ability and inclination to work safely for themselves and their team members
• Disposition to work and follow verbal/written instructions
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
