D&W Fine Pack LLC in Lake Zurich, IL, has an immediate Production Packer opportunity. You will load materials into machines, sort and package products, and verify conformance to quality standards while maintaining a clean work area.

No prior experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. This role is on 1st and 2nd shifts with safety as a priority. Join a team that values excellence, support, and community impact.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, and training will be provided.
• Must be able to read, write & speak English.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into machines and pack products.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Pack products to a specific count; operate presses and clear jams as needed.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Production Packer . In this function you will perform various production related tasks such as loading materials into machines, sorting, checking, and packaging products.

1st and 2nd SHIFT

• Performs various production related tasks such as loading materials into machines and packing a wide variety of products
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Maintains his or her work area in neat condition
• No experience is necessary, and training will be provided.
• Ability and inclination to work safely for themselves and their team members
• Disposition to work and follow verbal/written instructions
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required

• Packing product to a specific count; operate single/multi automatic punch press, and clear machine jams
