Job summary

D&W Fine Pack is hiring a Production Packer to perform various production tasks, including loading materials into machines, sorting, checking, and packaging products. This role covers 1st and 2nd shifts with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. We value safety, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Production Packer Hours & Key Responsibilities

• Performs various production related tasks such as loading materials into machines and packing a wide variety of products
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Maintains his or her work area in neat condition
• Packing product to a specific count; operate single/multi automatic punch press, and clear machine jams
• No experience is necessary, and training will be provided.
• Ability and inclination to work safely for themselves and their team members
• Disposition to work and follow verbal/written instructions
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required
