Stryker is hiring for an onsite manufacturing role in Michigan Portage. You will prepare, assemble and inspect electrical and mechanical components, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will document activities, support setup and cleanup, and follow product specifications.

The job offers a wage of $20.25 per hour with bonus eligibility and benefits. Overtime may be required to meet business needs during peak periods.

Formación

Work Flexibility

Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with overtime as needed by the business.

What You Will Do

Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines. Communicate individual inventory needs for value stream. Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times. Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required. Assemble cartons and containers and prepare products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications. Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area. Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications. Commit to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria.

What You Need

Preferred High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing Experience. $20.25/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
