Job description

Note: Training on 1st shift for 2 weeks before switching to night shift.

As a Packer reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing thermoformed parts to ensure the delivery of quality products that meet customer expectations. This role must be performed in a safe and clean environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Remove and inspect production parts from thermoforming machines and pack them according to specified instructions.
  2. Maintain accurate records of parts produced, material lot numbers, and quality evaluations.
  3. Keep a safe, clean work area at all times.
  4. Wear appropriate attire and follow work habits in compliance with company policy.
  5. Collaborate with Floaters, Process Technicians, and QA to identify defective products, complete paperwork, and prepare boxes.
  6. Perform additional duties as needed.
