Job summary

Taylor Corporation is hiring a Packer/Helper in Dallas to support press operators and ensure product quality. You will prepare cartons, apply labels, and maintain accurate counts while assisting in basic machine setup and operation supervision.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and physical stamina for long shifts. DailyPay is available, with benefits starting on day one. Shift runs 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a rotating Sun/Wed/Thurs and Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to direction of press operators and verify product quality.
• Prepare cartons and pack labels to maintain machine output.
• Handle labels to prevent damage to finished forms.
• Ensure carton counts meet specifications and forms are packed correctly.
• Check labels match job run and report discrepancies.
• Learn basic equipment functions and assist in setup when needed.

It’s time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Packer/Helper to work at our Dallas location.Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your Responsibilities:Respond to direction of press operators.Verify quality of product as it is produced and prior to packing. Call any quality problems to the attention of the press operator.Prepare cartons and pack labels to keep up with machine output. Handle labels so as to prevent any damage to finished forms.Ensure that specified carton counts are met and that numbered forms are packed according to instructions.Check that labels match the job run and bring any errors to the attention of the press operator.Learn basic functions of the equipment so as to be able to assist in machine set up and to monitor the equipment during the absence of the operator.
