What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assemble, label and pack correctly, various products and accessory items as directed on a daily basis. (85%)
  • Maintain work area to 6S standards. (10%)
  • Maintain mandatory training requirements. (5%)
Desired Skills and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Mathematical Reasoning: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Reading Comprehension: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Analysis/Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Safety: Ability to consistently prioritize safety by demonstrating a safe work practice by promoting a safe work environment.
  • Quality: Ability to follow both written and oral instructions, including safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours, regularly twisting and bending in a repetitive motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment. The job may risk exposure to heat and/or cold, loud noise levels, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.

  • This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Columbus, OH.
  • Relocation is not available for this position.
Pay

$17.60 - $26.39 / hour
